I like to make it easy and simple to keep track of book keeping and make payments. For this reason, here are my payment links. I hope this is useful to you:
Cash, check and Square credit card charging are also available payment options in person in my office. Fee for service is $25 per 15 minutes. $100 for a one hour counseling session. $150 for an initial assessment session, which includes pre-screening interview, coordination of care, initial questions and paperwork review. Super Bill receipts available upon request for insurance reimbursement purposes. I do not accept insurance, but can process HSA and FSA cards. I look forward to serving you!
